Her commitment and passion did not go unnoticed, and in 2016, she was employed as a receptionist, a role she fulfilled with warmth and efficiency.

In 2016, Christine transitioned to the role of Public Health Data Clerk Officer. Her attention to detail and organizational skills made her a perfect fit for the position. Two years later, she moved to her current position in Monitoring and Evaluation. Christine monitors and evaluates projects, conducts needs assessments, and sets project goals and designs alongside her team members.

However, Christine's growth at HopeCore goes beyond her professional achievements. When she joined the organization, she had a certificate in secretarial studies. Inspired by her work, Christine pursued a community development and social work diploma, graduating with honors.

This year, she is set to graduate with a degree in community development, a testament to her dedication and the opportunities provided by HopeCore.

She has participated in several short courses through the organization's support, including Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Management in Global Health.
